If I have physical custody of my children and the father of my children has no visitation or any other rights at this time, can I move out of state?

Please provide more information. Is there any court order determining paternity of the child? If there is not, the father has no rights because he has not been found to be the father by a court. I am assuming that you were not married to the father at the time the child or children were born. Please provide details
