Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama
I just want to know what the precedent is on custody battles between unborn children. I am a college student, and so is the mother, but we do not live in the same states. We only see each other during school, and we both are about to transfer to schools back in our home states of Alabama(me) and Georgia (her). I want custody of the baby, but i feel as though it will be extremely hard to do so.

Yes it will be difficult but not impossible. I think you will have to understand that shared custody may be the best thing.
