Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

My ex is putting me on child support but i am not on the birth certificate, another man is. I didnt go to court for a DNA test and now i have a warrant. How is this possile?

Your spouse got a court order which adjudicated paternity to you. That is the only way you are ordered by a court to pay child support. You need to get into court on this. How many times did you ignore a summons to appear?
