If a person gets divorced and the decree states it is up to the wife's discression of selling/refi home but she refuses. Can anything be done? She is now re-married and they are all living in the home but the ex-husband is still on the mortgage/vesting deed because she refuses to do the assumption package.

Your lawyer should have addressed this initially. Unless he can show that the payments are not timely and that he is being harmed as a result, he has no recourse.
