Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

request for production

I am taking my ex-husband to court over child support for the second time. But this time he hired a lawyer saying that i interfered with his visitation rights which is not true my daughter is 17 and will tesify against him. they have submitted a request for production on my personal accounts do i have to turn this information over to them.he lives in Indiana and i am in alabama and he claims everytime he has seen her that she cost him to much money.she will testify to all this he told her to go on with her life and has been in the area that we live and did not contact his daughter he is also in contempt for not showing up at the last court date. please give me some legal advice the state of alabama has my case.

Yes, you probably have to respond to the request for production. You need to speak with an attorney. If the state is representing you, then speak with the state attorney handling your case, if not, you need to hire an attorney as soon as possible. You might have grounds to object to the request for production, but you need an attorney to advise you on that. good luck.
