Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

I need to know what my rights are

I have been going through a costody battle for 4 years. My daughters father sexually abused her and I have proof. The judge has continuously ignored me,my proof, and my witnesses. He gave this man costody of my daughter and has not listened to me. I need to know what my rights are and if they have been violated.And what I can do about it.
