Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

I was served with a custody modification motion for my 13 yr old son. Additionally in part two of the motion was a motion for post majority support for my now 19 yr old child. We motioned the court to move the case to our home state. The court GRANTED IN PART my motion and DIRECTED my ex husband to file in the appropriate venue. I must accept service at that time.

The matter is set for REVIEW in a month to be sure we both complied. Until then the matter is stayed.

Q: What does IN PART mean?
