Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

My sister and her boyfriend have been together for almost 5 years and have lived together the whole time... Well now he is wanting to seperate... She is in college and he said he is taking the car away from her.... it is in his name but they have a child together and that is her only way of transportation... he has a truck... which the car isnt paid for yet and is a loan through the bank with his truck! Can he take her vehicle away from her?

Yews he can but, he owes retroactive child support unless he can prove he has paid for the last five years. Unless there has been a paternity test and child support already established which he has paid. He would also have to pay current child support.
