Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

My son moved his girlfriend of about 3yrs and their 16 month old daughter to Alabama from Florida on November 27,2010. He got them an apartment has a really great job so she can stay at home and take of the baby. Now she is telling my son she is going back home to New Jersey with the baby saying the baby needs a stable home but in the past several months the mother has moved with the baby from Georgia to Florida and from Florida to Alabama and now wants to move again. At this moment we all reside in Alabama.What as a grandparent can I do ? PLEASE HELP !!!!

Lots of information missing here. Are they married to each other? Has paternity been adjudicated to your son? If not, you and he have no right to the child. As a grandparent you have very little ability to do anything. There are really no "grandparent's rights" Please provide more information
