Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

My Son

One year ago my husband and my then 15 year old son got into a fight where my husband hit my son thay have lived in the same house but have not spoken to each other since, now my son has told me that he wants me to leave my husband and find a place for my son and myself or he will not come home if my son does not come home what kind of legal trouble can I get into ?

I'm not sure I understand. Are you currently divorced from your son's father? Where is your son? If he has run away, it isn't your fault that he has done so.
