Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama
Teenage child support guidelines
I am 16, and 8months pregnant. Father of child is also 16, a high school dropout, but working. Is it possible to get a court ordered child support for someone under 18 and if so how do I find out the guidelines and requirements for this to take place? If at all possible, where can I find the Alabama State Laws concerning child support?

Re: Teenage child support guidelines
child support is due from the father no matter what his age is. child support is determined from guidelines found in the ala rules of judicial administration, rule 32 and are determined by a combination of your income and the father's income. 205-879-9595
