Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

Temp hearing

I have a temp hearing on Feb 18th, my husband has frozen of bank account, saying he was scared I'd take all of our income tax money. I don't have any money and don't know what to do-I haven't worked in over a year and I had to flee to my mom's house without anything because he was abusive. What do I do?

You got to have a lawyer, I can not see how you can do what you need to do without a lawyer. You should contact legal aid if you can not afford one. You may also be in a position where you can ask the court to make him pay for your lawyer. You probably need to seek help through some local agency that works with battered and abused women, even though you are with your parents.
