Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

I have temporary custody of my 9 month old grand daughter. My 18 year old daughter can only be with her daughter if supervised due to DHR ruling. What would be the consequences if my daughter takes her daughter to the park without supervision, then brings her safely back home, without my consent?

You know the answer here. DHR will get wind of the fact that you cannot supervise your daughter. Then DHR will place the child with someone else. It is hard for an 18-year=old to understand that a judge's order is not just a friendly suggestion, but she had got to understand that she must obey the orders of the court.
