i am unemployed i was paying 495.00 child support what can i am going to court for a modification is it a chance there are going to lock me up

if you stand a chance of being locked up, then you are due to have a court appointed lawyer. You need to carry your last employment pay stub and notes as to all placed you have applied for work. Also you need to show what you get unemployment and out of that, make some effort to pay some child support. Nothing is not acceptable.
