Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

what does "Visitation agreed upon between the parties" legally mean? My mother has temp custody of my son, and tells me that that means whatever SHE agrees on, and that I have no say so whatsoever in the matter.

It means you better get yourself in gear and do whatever it takes to get custody back!!! Actually, it means whenever the two parties can agree. She has to cooperate though and not just habitually say it is not convenient.
