Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama
Visitation for Alcoholic Father
My child's father and I never married. He has petitioned the court for standard visitation and I am against this. During the course of our relationship, he spent more time in a bar than at home. I have requested limited visitation. What do I need to prove my allegations? Does he have a real chance of getting every other weekend and holidays?

Re: Visitation for Alcoholic Father
More facts are needed, but if you can show that he still has a drinking problem, then there is a good chance that you can get supervised visitation. You need to consult with an attorney as soon as possible.
