Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

visitation

My husband needs to amend his visitation that was established in Alabama. He lives in Florida and his daughter and ex-wife now live in South Carolina. Where should the amendment be filed since neither party lives in the state of the orignal agreement? The ex-wife is not wanting this to change so it will be contested.

Re: visitation

This needs to be filed where the child is physically living, therefore South Carolina. Good Luck
