if my wife cheats on me while we r married ?
will she shill get half of what we own when we divorced ?

That depends. Did you have sex with her after you learned that she had been cheating on you? If so, you have forgiven her and cannot sue her for divorce on the ground of adultery. In Alabama, there is no formula like 50/50. The property is split based on what is fair under the facts of the case. If her cheating broke up the marriage you are entitled to more of the property.
