Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

Me and my wife have gotten divorce. Her car is in my name and her name. She has been late on payments and they are calling me for a payment. she is responabile for her payments on her car. Is there anything i can do to her? This isn't the first time this has happen. And I dont want my credit to look bad

File a motion in court to find her in contempt for failing to make court ordered payments. Be prepared for her to file a bankruptcy if she can not pay.
