Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

My wife and I divorced back in October of 2010. In the divorce agreement, I agreed to pay for both vehicles. I cannot afford to pay for both vehicles. Can she have me thrown in jail for not following the divorce agreement? Is there some way I can asked to have the agreement reversed?

Yes she can have you found in contempt. If your circumstances have changed to the point you can not pay for both, I advise you to take the proactive stance of filing a motion to modify the divorce order and take into consideration your financial status and any changes.
