Will and Testament

My husband and I are currently working out of state and want to change our W&T's. Can I draw up my own will and testaments and have them witnessed and notarized in a state than the one we reside?

It would probably be best to use your state of residence. But there is nothing to stop you from creating one in another state. The issue is wether or not they conform to the rules of your home state. Make sure they do.
