Can they do ''That''?
Can you be terminated from a position for ''unsatisfactory attendance/misconduct?'' while using/under FMLA(pregnancy), at a company where you've worked for 2years?

On the face of it, no. You cannot be terminated for attendance problems while on FMLA leave. However there are a lot of nuances in the law and various loopholes here and there.
