Legal Question in Federal Tort Claims in Alabama

Desperate info needed
MY ex husband and i adopted a child from one of his family members, 5 yrs ago, i left my husband of 16 yrs moved to another town with my son, he filed for temp custody, before the divorce, he ended up with full custody, i got visitation and was ordered to pay child suport, my ex makes 2 times more than me, i have alot of medical problems due to a severe car accident i was in 9 years ago, i am currently not working and trying to get on disability, I am 2 yrs behind on my child suport he wants to take me to court again and have my rights and visitation taken away i cant afford an attorney so what do i do????? My ex has a very good job and can buy what ever he wants, even a brand new f150 about 2 months ago, every extra penny i have goes toward my son, school supplies clothes and things he needs when hes with me, My ex exspects me to send him every extra penny i have, what do i do if i send him all that i have and my son is with me and i cant even afford to buy him a toy, I am very desperate for any information i can get. we go to court on the 28th of this month and i still have no lawyer,, can anybody PLEASE help me.

I need to know more info. Why are you going to court? Why was he awarded temp custody? Have you tried to have your child support reduced?

What county is your case in? I might be able to help you, but you have a lot of stuff going on, that needs elaboration.
