Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Alabama
HI,
Is a defective power to file a suit valid ? ( I mean a POA has been given to another in which all the pages have not been signed. After the court returns the suit on that ground, the parties to the POA affix their signatures and re-present it). My contention is that it is invalid in the eyes of law, since it was defective as on the date of signing it before a notary. Am I correct ?

You have not provided enough detail here to let me answer. Where is the person who signed the POA? Is that person now incompetent? Do you have evidence that the POA is not valid, or are you merely depending on the fact that not all of the pages are initialed? You must provide more detail.
