Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Alabama

What are my legal options if i have co-signed with someone on a vehicle and now this person has left the state with no intentions of paying for the vehicle or returning the vehicle to me?

I would say you need to find him and repossess the vehicle if they are in default on the payment because the bank will come looking to you for the payment
