Liability on private Indusrial property

i need all the help i can get to help me recover damage done to my trailer as it was unloaded at an industrial site located in alabama. i was instructed to uncouple my tractor from the trailer and allow them to tilt my trailer to unload the saw dust on it. i did this and the trailer slid on the machine and the bumper was damaged. i called and an officer came and did an incident report. it is the only trailer i have and will be down for repairs. can i sue for repairs as well my down time and also can i sue for personal stress? thank you for any help you may be able to provide.

I need some more information, if you don't mind. Who owned the tractor? Who owned the site where the trailer was being unloaded? Who tilted the trailer? These are important questions to be answered first.
