Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Alabama

I purchased an item for a huge amount of money off the internet and I havent received my purchase or my money back for the item. I have the person number who was selling the item, but he will no longer answer my calls. What should I do?

Wow, first, don't send money over the internet. Second, sue the person and try to get your money back that way. If you know who he is and where he is, you may also be able to pursue some criminal action against him. Talk to the fraud unit in your local law enforcement agency. If he is cheating people, you aren't the first. Good luck.
