Are you entitled to damages for loss of value of your car. Yes. That is one of your economic losses.

As to how much the case is worth, there is no way to tell without looking at the medical records and bills, any loss of income evidence and the repair costs.

you are not likely to settle this by yourself and get a good settlement. you will need a lawyer who advises you as to the medical records which you need and who can go jaw to jaw with the lawyer at the insurance company.
