Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Alabama

I have my wifes grandauhter living in my old house behind me she is not on a lease and the utilities are in my name. To start with she has never paid any rent, or water bills, and the power is always late messing up my credit and reputation with the power company. What I am needing to no is can I have the power turned off it being in my name without getting myself in trouble and how can I go about evictting her? I am on disabilty and can not afford to keep worring about this situation.

Give her a ten day notice to get out. Turn the power off if it is in your name, give her notice it will be done. Odds are she will leave or if she can, get the power in her name.
