If you win a lawsuit against a business for a monetary amount how long do they have to pay it?

They don't have a definite time limit, but you can proceed with attempting to garnish or execute on assets, if they have any. If they have insurance, their insurance company will typically pay within 30 days. Once a judgment is entered, they have 42 days to appeal it if it's in state court.
