Legal Question in Immigration Law in Alabama
Applying Citizenship
I got my greencar thru job and it has turned 4 years as of this Jan, 06. When can I apply for the citizenship?
I also had a gross misdemeanor charge brought against me in MN a few years back but case was dropped with ''No admission and No conviction'' basis.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Re: Applying Citizenship
Four years and nine months after receiving your green card you can apply for naturalization. You may speak to us about the criminal activity as you want to be sure it will not affect the process.
