immigration divorce

i m having temporary green card by gettin married with us citz girl.

within 8 months she wants divorcee. how can i protect my legal status as she had already send me summons notice for divorcee. plz help me god bless u

Re: immigration divorce

Once you are divorced, you can file I-751 yourself and request waiver of her signature. You need to provide evidence to show your marriage was entered into based on good faith.
