Legal Question in Immigration Law in Alabama

my friend's mom has to go to court and she's illegal so she doesn't have any id's but his dad does and in the paper they send him it say that if they didn't go they were going to get arrested but his dad is going to go .. now my question is.. does my friend's mom has to go?

If she is required to appear in court, she MUST go or she will risk being deported in her absence and will suffer severe immigration consequences.
If she has time before her appearance, she should consult with an immigration attorney to assess her legal situation.
