Re: k-3 visa

You must first file an I-130 Petition for your wife. That is the first phase of the process. The second phase is the endorsement of your petition to the United States Embassy Manila for further processing leading to the issuance of a K-3 visa for your wife. The whole process will take about a year. We can be of assistance to you and to your fiancee in the whole process. You may email us directly at [email protected]
