Legal Question in Insurance Law in Alabama
Adjuster trying to rush me into signing...auto accident
insurance adjuster wants me to sign papers to settle...says they don't have to offer me options......says their contract is ironclad and they can deal directly with My mortgager and pay them off because my car is total loss. My son had the accident. Can they do that. Says its Alabama Law.

There are some facts missing here and some additional questions to be asked, but an insurance company does have to consider a lien holder when settling the property damage portion of a claim. Please contact me if I can be of assistance further in this matter.
