Legal Question in Insurance Law in Alabama
We have family coverage through my wife's employer. They are saying since I can get health insurance from my employer they can remove me from my wife's. This will result in me paying single coverage for myself and still pay family coverage for the rest of my family. This does not seem right. Can they do this legally?

Only if the insurance for you thru your employer is paid by your employer and would not cost you.
