Life Insurance Fraud
Isn't it against the Law for someone
to forge your signature and collect on an Insurance Policy of which you are the Beneficiary?

Yes. It is a criminal offense . It is also a matter than you can enforce by a civil lawsuit. Please note that the law requires that you act timely after learning of the fraud, or you will loose your ability to act. This same requirement is likely repeated in insurance policy (policy = contract). If the value of the policy is significant, you should retain an attorney.
