Legal Question in Insurance Law in Alabama
vehicle insurance law
I was involved in an accident, hit in the rear, it was the other parties fault. They showed proof of insurance to police, but come to find out they do not have insurance. Is this insurance fraud? What can I do?

Re: vehicle insurance law
Your only recourse is if you have uninsured motorist coverage on your policy for your injuries and collision for the damage to your vehicle. You can also sue the other individual and try to collect from them. You may e-mail me if you have any further questions: [email protected].
