Legal Question in Insurance Law in Alabama
I work for a company called HomeInstead Senier Care. This is a company that sends thier employees to the homes of thier clients who need a caregiver. I was at work Sat. when the tornado hit in Albertville, Al. My car was damaged. Even though I was at the home of my client, I was there on behalf of HomeInstead. Who is responsible for my car?
