Legal Question in Insurance Law in Alabama
Wreck with no insurance
Me and my Uncle was in a head on collision on the interstate. The driver was going the wrong way going 85 mph and hit us head on. Him and my uncle died, i was a passenger. Neither car had insurance and I am left not being able to work and hospital bills geting higher and higher. Someone said I can file a civil case? I don't even know what that is, or what kind of lawer to contact? Can I?

Re: Wreck with no insurance
You should speak to an attorney regarding your rights. There may be the potential to make a claim against the decedent's estate. When did the accident occur? The facts of your case need to be evaluated by an attorney as time limits may bar any claim you may have. Contact me if you would like to discuss this further.
