Someone has absconded with my website idea, as well as my product information, offered the product for sale at a $1 cheaper than my price, purchased a domain name very similar to mine and literally run me out of business. What can I do?�

You get your lawyer to send them a cease and desist letter, after getting all your documentation together. Then, you sue.
