Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Alabama
custody or adoption
My son and his wife split along time ago.Neither was very good where the children are concerned.He wants to surrender his paternal rights so he will not have to pay child support.The mother has married an acholic and I have the girls due to living conditions.Would I be better off with sole custody or go for the adoption?The money my lawyer wants for adoption is quite high.With my supportong the girls solely its really a strain on me.

Shop around for a lawyer that may try to do it without such expense and part of the work pro bono
