Juvenile Pregnancy
My son is 16 his girlfriend is 15. She is pregnant. My son and our family do not support this pregnancy. We want to terminate it. The pregnant girl wants to terminate it but her mother refuses. What will happen to my son legally? What will happen to us, the parents, legally?

Re: Juvenile Pregnancy
HI,
I read abt your case.but in this case you have to mutually get the girl aborted.or if the mother is not ready then if she is not going to the police compalining abt same then no worry, coz she is not asking you take the ownership of this baby.but if she is going to the police then ultimately your son will have to suffer for it.as you are the parents you are not at all having any part in this case.he will be trialled by the juvenile delinquency courts.so if she is not ready & the girl is ready then try to solve this mutually.or convey me the details that what exactly is the stand of her mother.o.k.so don't worry & get back to me with the detailed stand of her mother,or as i have presumed then just dont worry but do not let her to go to police....
