Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Alabama

My wife and i have been married for 5 years she has 3 children with another man, They live with us in a diffrent state than. He sends no help for the children. He get's them in the summer and this summer he is uncooperative to bring them back home. What can be done?

If your wife has custody on paper, she needs to go retrieve the children carrying her divorce papers and go to the local authorities, police dept. for assistance. As far as support, she would have to file a suit against him for contempt on that issue and should do so.
