Legal Question in Employment Law in Alabama

my check gets garnished for about 200 dollars a week....even if ive only made 220...that leaves me with 20 dollars.....i am behind on child support but is this common practice to take almost the entire check????

You need to get a lawyer. It does not sound correct. You probably need to go back to court and get a reduction in child support.
