cross training

my acceptance letter stated that i would be taken fraud claims, no they want me to do dispute and fraud claims. is this a breach of my contract?

with all due respect, you question makes no sense. Please give DETAIL to your question, i.e. where you work, when you started, what the terms were, what acceptance letter you signed, what "fraud" claims are you talking about, etc.
