Legal Question in Employment Law in Alabama

I'm a Dental Assistant, hired by a COMPANY to work for a practice owner. Practice owner is leaving, and company wants new application, new resume, new EVERYTHING for the new dentist...and plans to interview outsiders for my job while I'm still working! What happens if they offer me the same job, but at a lower rate of pay? I can't swallow that. Do I have options? ALABAMA
