am i at fault?

i was fired from my job because my employer said i violated procedure. before i could do my job, a member of management had to read,approve,and sign it. when the job went wrong,to cover themselves, they re-worded the cause and i was fired. i have copies of procedure and proof of the cover-up. do i have a case
