Overtime

I work as a salaried manager for a corporater sub-shop. I have been sent to another store owned by a franchissee, corporate is stil paying me. I have worked 97 hours in a seven day period. Am I due over-time pay and if yes..who should pay my compnay or the franchissee whose store I am working in

If you are truly a manager, doing management duties mostly (a little helping with clean up doesn't remove you from that) and are paid at least over ~$24000 a year, then they don't have to pay you overtime at all.

On the other hand if they sent you out there to make sandwiches, then yes you are due overtime from someone. Send me a private reply - I love Overtime cases. They are generally open or shut and little gray area.
