Not promoted because of gender

I have worked in manufactured homes industrey for almost 8 years now . I hired in at Pinnacle Homes in april of this year. I wasnt looking for a job at the time they needed a lead person over the molding dept. Which I have extensive experience in this dept. I Hired in and the morning I went in things changed right off the bat. They talked me into molding in line until a position came available. So far they passed me up twice for a job that I not only qualified for but hired a man with no experience . Then I went in this morning and the production manager came up cursing me about my saftey glasses. I dont feel like I should have to be cused in my work place the way I was. Can I file some sort of suit against them for not only sexuall descrimanation but for cusing me like he did?Please answer asap. Im tired of the men getting the good jobs after I have worked so hard for so long to keep getting passed up and a man hired with less experience over me
